USFLL Generals Parent Letter
Welcome to the USFLL Generals
football club; one of the most important factors
within a team is to have parents that are in
support of the coaches, players, and other
volunteers.
The Generals expects all parents and
volunteers to control their emotions at
practices and games at all times. Treat all
coaches and team mom with respect and dignity
and they will do likewise. Should you have a
problem with one of the coaches, team mom, or a
team member, please ask to speak with or call me
after practice. At practices, parents are not
allowed on the field as this will disrupt the
practice. If you have a question or concern, you
may get the attention of one of the coaches and
when there is a break, i will discuss your
concerns with you.
The head coach decides who will play at what
position. Please respect the decisions made. You
may not agree with the decision, however, the
head coach has the final decision. Any parent
who does not follow the Generals camp rules or
act in a disruptive way will be in jeopardy of
losing their membership as well as their child's
membership in the league without a refund.
Parents are responsible for getting players
to practices and games on time. League Rules
State:
Any player
who misses four
(4) practices
without
notifying the
head coach can
be cut at the
coaches
discretion,
pending review
by the league.
Any player
who misses two
(2) practices
out of three (3)
practices a week
(assuming there
is no bye week)
cannot play in
that weeks game.
Any player
who misses one
(1) of three (3)
practices cannot
play in the
first half of
that weeks game.
Exceptions
would be church
and school
activities.
If we all work together as a team, it will be
a great season for the Generals. We look forward
to seeing you at all our practices and games
throughout the season.
Thank you for your support
